Thank you for choosing Spectrum Shift Solutions. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing
- Orders for in-stock items are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Custom services (e.g., camera conversions, modifications, repairs) may require 5–15 business days depending on workload and complexity.
- Made-to-Order items are processed within 5-10 business days
Delays
Processing may be delayed due to:
- High order volume
- Holidays or carrier delays
- Inventory shortages
- Technical or service complications
We will notify you if significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight & size
- Chosen shipping speed
Common carriers used include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
You may select your preferred carrier at checkout when available.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all U.S. states and territories.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. International Shipping (NO INTERNATIONAL SHIIPING AT THIS TIME)

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Shipment status updates
- If you do not receive tracking within the expected window, please contact us.
6. Shipping of Customer-Owned Equipment
For services involving customer-supplied items (e.g., cameras or electronics):
- Customers are responsible for safely packaging equipment for inbound shipping.
- Returned equipment will be shipped back using:
- The carrier you selected, or
- A comparable carrier/service chosen by us.
- We strongly recommend adding tracking and insurance for high-value items.
Spectrum Shift Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage caused by carriers.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 business days
- Provide photos of packaging and item condition
We will assist in filing a carrier claim and determining next steps.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If tracking says “delivered” but you did not receive your order:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact us for assistance
However, Spectrum Shift Solutions is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Insurance claims may be filed if coverage was selected.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- Reshipping fees may apply
- Refunds for shipping costs are not provided
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be updated or cancelled before shipping.
Once the order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
