Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Spectrum Shift Solutions. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-modified electronics (e.g., IR/full-spectrum camera conversions)
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Services already performed

If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged due to causes not related to company error
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window (if accepted)

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or incorrect upon arrival. 
To request an exchange, contact us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of receipt.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a prepaid label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund (unless due to company error).

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped or entered service/production.
Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.


6. Custom Work & Services Policy

For custom services such as DSLR conversions, repairs, product modifications, or other labor-based work:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Completed work cannot be refunded, but we may offer adjustments or corrections if there is an issue caused by us.
